During the past month or so within the club we’ve taken a much more outward approach in sharing. This past week I had a team meeting, with many non Christians in attendance I read from 2 Corinthians and was really surprised at how attentive the parents were.

The next day I had some emails asking further questions and some asking for the passage itself. This was a real blessing as I’d been praying about how to be more outward in applying Biblical lessons in coaching and training the players but also in sharing with the parents. It helped me realize what an opportunity I have in that some of them would never go to church, but were open to hearing the Bible read at the team meeting. It has been great to see how God has been working through the club.
